[IRCA] 1190 WAFS cheating

1190  WAFS  GA  ATLANTA  0100 31/08/06 Cheating!!! They are blasting into
Tennessee with a S9+25 db signal. They may be doing transmitter test or they
may have a switch problem; they did not go off at sunset.

Do wish they would go off the air as they are screwing up a good DX channel
for me.
