[IRCA] TA's

Hi Everyone:

Around a dozen or so carriers in this evening on medium wave. None of them strong enough to produce audio. However, Iceland-189 was strong enough to hear the language being spoken. This has been in with audio for the past 3 evenings so once again it's proving to be the most regularly heard TA here in Northern Alberta.
