[IRCA] Radio Rossii 180 kHz

Hi Pat,

 

Happy to hear you heard KMBX too.  With the A index at 21 this morning, I'm surprised to hear R. Rossii on 180.  Signal is fair on the Active Whip and a notch or two below on the EWE.  At 1017 it sounds like HLAZ is about ready to break through with audio.  No DU's heard this summer, but will keep trying.
