they seem to be // M-F 2100-2359, and daily 0000-0300 (All local Pacific time).  They play time delayed CKNW content at other times.  Seems like a waste of a resource to me, why not unplug it or sell it?

 

730 seems to me to have a much better signal than 980, btw
