[IRCA] Amusing promo

I heard an amusing promo on the local Jack affiliate this afternoon. It
went something like this: "KJAC is locally owned and programmed, not
owned by some big corporate conglomerate. In other words not owned by
CC."

While the reference to CC might simply be an abbreviation for the
aforementioned 'corporate conglomerate' phrase, I have no doubt that
they were getting a little jab in at Clear Channel too. Pretty funny.
