The iboc tests in Canada are interesting.  I was under the impression that 
they have settled on the European l band system eureka147.  I know that they 
have been running eureka muxes in the major Canadian markets for a few 
years.  Reports I've come across have indicated that the system hasn't 
garnered lots of listeners, sort of like iboc here in the states.
