[IRCA] "Good Time Oldies" on 930

Who in the NW has changed format to "Good Time Oldies" on 930? I caught
old rock and then a jingle for Good Time Oldies at 0310 EDT 8/18. I
heard Gospel is there, so I presume that to be CJCA. Bellingham or
Ketchikan?  I have the South phased with my lobe to the North. I am
guess Bellingham. They were NOS.
