[IRCA] KKOL 1300

While tuning around this afternoon, I found KKOL 1300 at about S6 here
on the Oregon Coast. They were barely audiable from the boat. They must
be at their new TX site. I am a bit surprised the signal is not
stronger, but maybe they null the SW. Any Puget Sound DXers can check
for me? Where is their new site?
