[IRCA] 1520 UNID

Any idea who would be playing jazz (instrumental) on 1520 at night?  I've 
heard this one a number of times, including tonight, but never an ID.  
Tonight, WWKB obliged by losing their audio for several minutes before and 
through the 2200 TOH, but the jazz continued through TOH with no break.
Suspects include various daytimers in the east that normally run AC or 
standards formats, but it's hard to pin this one down.  Anybody else hearing 
it?
