The question is why did they bother keeping it?
 
I assume with today's technology that they would not have a use for it.

In the conference studio at 97.7 WHPH and 840 WKLF in Clanton, Alabama they've got a huge reel to reel and cart set-up still sitting there. When I asked about it, they said it hadn't been used in years. 
 
I find that hard to believe, it was Alabama afterall.. lOL
