[IRCA] Family Radio program changes on WBGR 860

["Bill Harms" <wharms@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx>]

While tuning by 860 the past few days, I have noticed that WBGR 860 
is now running foreign language Family Radio programs. They may be 
running English too, but I have not heard English there in at least 
two weeks. Anyway, no longer // to 107.9 or 750.
