[IRCA] Banff 860

I happened to be listening to CBC Calgary on the drive home from work 
yesterday, and the announcer mentioned that their AM outlet in Banff 
would be leaving the air today, and that listeners should tune to the 
new signal on the FM dial.    At 40 watts (I think), this one won't have 
made many logbooks (certainly not mine), but it's one less target from 
Alberta.
