[IRCA] Fwd: [dxtip] WTIC-1080 Off

There are a couple of very recent postings on National Radio Club's 
dxtip list saying that WTIC-1080 appears to be off the air.  From my 
location, the preference would be to have them on the air, but that 
may not be a universal sentiment.....
