Maybe WQCT in Bryan OH? Format fits, anyway. They have 500W days,
250W critical hours, 5W nights - take your pick!
BTW, another station operating "outside of normal parameters" is WTTC-1550.
I hear them every night under CBE with ESPN - they have a dual ID that
includes WTZN-1310. Not on 4W night power, methinks (and the FCC database
only shows this night operation as planned).
