I seriously doubt that they have a PSSA. Also, given the way they beat up
WBT here after sunset, I'd say they're continuing to run the full 5 kW,
not a PSSA power that would be at most 500 W.
I once heard WUHN do a sign-off announcement in which they bitterly
complained about having to shut down at night, and asked listeners to
complain to their congress-critter.
