I guess you missed the brief discussion that took place about this station 
on the list last week.  I reported hearing them at 0400 UTC April 6, and 
Barry Davies in the UK apparently also heard them at 0530.  I also sent 
out an item about them on the DXTIP list the next night when I heard them 
again, but it generated zero reaction.  Glenn Hauser subsequently passed 
along an item reporting that the Radio Nacional state radio network has 
been upgrading various transmitter sites, and that includes the launch of 
their service on a 50 kW transmitter at Sabanagrande (near Barranquilla), 
so that is no doubt what we all heard.
