It's probably Radio Corporacion in Nicaragua. Seems like it's been
putting a low grumbly het on the high side of 540 for years now. It
takes AU or some sort of southerly enhancement to bring up audio, but I
do pull up audio from them on occasion. At this location it's in XEWA's
null so there's no confusing the two.
