Re: [IRCA] IRCA Digest, Vol 24, Issue 36

Hello all,

I was just cruising Ebay and found a Kiwa loop.

http://cgi.ebay.com/Rare-High-Performance-Kiwa-MW-AM-Air-Core-Loop-Antenna_W0QQitemZ9704140215QQcategoryZ4672QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

Right now, the price is up to $510. I know these loops go for big $$$ but
as much as I'd like to have one, guess I'll have to pass. How good is the
Kiwa loop? From what I've seen on Ebay in the past, I can imagine it will
be bid up another $100 or so.

There is also an HQ-180A on Ebay right now that is bid up to around $800.
I've seen them go for as much as $1500 on Ebay. Whoa, seems like alot of
coinage and suppose it would depend largely on condition.

Wish I wasn't so addicted to older receivers but I am. Though, can't bring
myself to spend huge amounts of money for one.

73,
Jim Nall
