[IRCA] New X-Band AM station (1690. 1kW-U) approved for Toronto ON by CRTC

The CRTC has approved an application for a (mostly) Greek language AM  
station
(1690, 1kW) for Toronto:

The station will also have some programming in Armenian, Romanian,  
Serbian
and Bulgarian, as well as in English. The owner of the station is
Canadian Hellenic Toronto Radio Inc.

The coordinates of the (single) tower are 43 deg 43 ' 26 " N,
79 deg 16 ' 41 " W. (450 Comstock Road, Scarborough, to the east
of the downtown core of Toronto).
