[IRCA] KCKN test

Listened from 2300 to 2400 PDT.  All I heard was what sounded like an
open carrier except at 2342 when there was a Morse ID and some sweeps. 
Have heard this better on RS.  Glad to see many receptions back east --
that must be where all the power went!  KTNQ nulled.
