Why judge iBLOC so harshly? It's doing its job - drowning spectrum in a fetid swamp of insolent noise. When will HD aparatchiks dispense with non sequiturs, evasions, excuses, plaintive rationalizations, abrasive moralistic imperatives and junk this kluge?
It's long obsolete, many times superseded. This techno-stiff was contrived ca. 1992. Can you imagine traipsing about the internet shackled to a '92 PC?
HD's shonky promotion stinks of grift. Why keep consumers in the dark about allegedly great new products? Does TeamHD know of Wal-Mart? Like them or not, they prove Pull Marketing rules. Wal-Mart asesses customer wants then tells suppliers what to make.
Team iSHONK has it exactly backwards, instructing consumers what to buy based upon TeamHD's wants, as consumers are too stupid to know what they want.
Why does TeamBLOK seek to jam listeners into a corner then force them to buy HD sets as the only way out? Do they think they'll get away with it? How do those displaying such dazzling pig-ignorance become corporate provolones? Or is that a prerequisite?
Clear Channel, in rococo language, seeks engineers to make this dog not only hunt but draw Lissajous figures as well. They claim engineers must perpetuate their 'bread and butter analog signals'.
Which one is it? Wasn't Analog dead? Isn't HD the future? What do they mean 'analog is their bread and butter'? How so, if it's dead?
Aren't HD stations getting known for interfering with one another? Now what? More tales?
TeamHD's latest 'wait until my big brother gets home' bluster? One techno mag now sez 'you just wait until cheap HD chips come available - why HD will explode!"
Oh, please. Spare us. Do stop. By that time there will be five to twenty additional quantum techo-leaps the public will embrace.
Does TeamHD realize people instinctively know a sham when they smell it? Or are they so steeped in Wall St.'s Courtesan Culture that they think reality is what they say it is?
HD is a nineties hangover in search of RF Alka-Seltzer. Plop plop.
