[IRCA] JOUB 774 kHz

Good Morning,

 

JOUB 774 kHz in with weak signal at 1100 UTC.  Active whip is only up about 15', to lazy to go outside at raise it higher.  Ordered the Passport to World band Radio and WRTH from the link at Hardcore DX and received them today.  Passport listed PDR Korea with 100 kw on 2850 kHz.  WRTH does not list their power.  They do put a good signal into the Pacific Northwest.  No other TP's with audio noted.   Good Luck.
