Okay, the answer is YES! I saw a signal on 750.088 right up to just
past 2100 EST, but I can not confirm who it was of course. The
signal trace was about 5 db above the noise floor and was subject to
being buried by co-channel slop. It was consistent however.... It
is 2106 now and I have not seen a trace of it since just after 2100.
So... Maybe I did indeed detect it.
