Another almost productive morning.  Carriers on most frequencies, 
occasional snippets of audio on more unusual channels like 567, 639, 
1242, 1287, 1422, 1521, 1584, 1593, but not audio on some of the big 
guns like 828 (all around 1350-1355UTC).   774 continues to be pretty 
good after the hour, but 1566 and 1575 are down.   Maybe better earlier?
