[IRCA] XEEP 1060

With the A above 30, AU CX are really set in. Stations like KVI Seattle
are buried u/KLAC LA. Landed on 1060 and I heard NOS mixing with SS.
Presume the NOS is KTNS. Later on I expect Hilo HI to be there dominant.
But many mentions at 0404 UTC of "Radio Educacion" by man. The best I
have heard XEEP for sometime. No CKMX tonight. Even most Vancouver
stations are poor. XETRA or whatever they are was on top of CBU.
It may be an interesting night.
