[IRCA] 1134, 1314, and where's CBK?

CBW, CBR, and CBX are all in as usual at 1955 PT, but 540 CBK is
apparently off the air? No sign of them here in Central OR.

In addition to the big het on 1314 and hints of dance music, I've now
got a nice fat het on 1134 as well. Checking the web stream for 1314
momentarily.
