[IRCA] Upper band TP's

Yesterday morning was quite interesting for TP reception here.   The powerhouse JOUB 774 kHz was weak at 1400 UTC and stations on the top end of the dial JORF and JOUK were being heard.  JORF 1422 was S-9 +20 db for a few while.  JOUK 1503 kHz was weak.  Also believe that a JJ station was heard on 1386 kHz, but the signal was very weak.  This morning is the 15 day in a roll that JOUB has been heard here.  VOA Thailand has also been heard quite often in the last few weeks.   Good Luck.
