[IRCA] KDUN 1030 Reedsport OR

For the last couple of weeks, I have tuned by 1030 and have noticed no
KDUN, just KMAS to the North. In phasing KMAS, I find a quite weak
station with talk in EE. Is KDUN no longer C&W? Bit too weak to ID. They
are probably on their night power I would guess, at 630 watts. Reedsport
in 200 miles down the coast. Their 50 KW does quite well.
