Where does Greg say that a QSL is more important than good relations?

I don't think this is a problem of an "individual request". As best I know, 
a lot of people are waiting for a response and it's been a year.

I'm sure Kent is very busy  but it has been an entire year.

I appreciate your desire to see things from Kent's point of view, but I 
don't see a problem with Greg's note. If Kent will be too busy for another 
year or so, perhaps the constructive thing to do would be to offer our 
services as the QSL manager?
