[IRCA] 3 Tijuana stations running OC.

We're having a big rainstorm and lots of other odd weather tonhight.

 

I'm getting heavy noise (almost like IBOC hash) where XETRA-690, XEMO-860, and XEKAM-950 should be.  In all 3 cases, the carrier appears to be on...
