[IRCA] 1200 Khz IBOC?

Is WOAI 1200Khz running IBOC tonight (9:45PM CST).  Can easily detect the
resultant hash on 1190 and 1210.  If not WOAI can it be Chicago?  For me
they are in opposite directions.
