[IRCA] Off-frequency Navajo

Tuning to 960 kHz at 1943 PST 02/27/06, I found that KQKE was
airing a Bulldogs vs USF basketball game. Underneath them was a
growl, so I tuned around and locked onto a carrier on 960.0421 kHz.
I heard Navajo drums and singing, so I assume that it was KNDN
in Farmington, New Mexico.
