Unk-1080 with Black Gospel Music & slogan "AM-1080, The People's Station." Is this WVCG with new format and slogan? Noted here u/WTIC 2/26 0045-0115 EST. The only ID at 0100 was as listed above. Thanks to Rick S in NJ for his tip and Google search.
