[IRCA] WQEW, + a SS UNID

Last night at 2300 PT, had presumed WQEW with Radio Disney at either
side of 2300 PT, // to 1580 KMIK Phoenix. Mixing with a "Recuerdo"
station which was runnning a program with request lines in Tijuana
and Los Angeles - nothing logical matches, unless this was a national
Mexican net. Any ideas?

KNZR was way, way down last night. Don't know if they were running
reduced power or if it was just the conditions.

Lots of talk behind 680 KNBR as well last night, but in half an hour
I couldn't get it to come up enough to ID either the program or the
station.
