530   WNVE844    WA, Kelso, heard fairly well all day on the coast at 50
miles away off the Eastern beverage. Presume to be 10 watts or less,
giving info on road closures on State Route 4 West of Kelso due to a
slide. The road is now open. Noted  at 1445 EST 2/23. With the Jewell
Meadow Wildlife TIS way behind, plus another UNID HAR station. (PM-OR)
