[IRCA] John Cereghin -- UNID SS on 1060

It's XEEP, Mexico City. They are owned by the University of Mexico and play
everything from jazz, to big band, to Rock, to classical to what ever, and
at times in english.

Thay are in here most nights and I enjoy their programing.

XEEP is almost as easy as KYW here near Chicago so likely them.. 73 KAZ

I have an UNID Spanish station on 1060 mixing with KYW at 2130 EST on Feb 22
(local).  My Spanish is lousy and they are fading in and out but my gut
tells me it's not a US station.  Maybe XEEP?  Anyone else hearing this one
tonight?
