Yeah, that'll be ugly this year. I don't expect that KNTS can get its 50
kw site up and running in time for this season, so they'll be on their
fleapower after dark...if they behave themselves.
Once the 50 kw site is built, it'll be a flamethrower going west from
the East Bay (in Hayward, near the current KFAX 1100 and KTCT 1050
sites), with some pretty pronounced north and south nulls. San Jose A's
fans will be disappointed, as will anyone in the East Bay hills and
Contra Costa County.
Certainly a far cry from the signal the team enjoyed on 610!
