[IRCA] KKPZ DX Test QSL

Today I received a f/d letter and coverage map for the
KKPZ-1330 Oregon DX Test.  V/s:  Andrea Bolyard -
Office/Operations Manager.  This after a short 2 week
wait.

She mentioned that she and her husband are "involved
with Ham radio", and apologized for "the delay in
writing back".

An apology for only a 2-week wait? How DXer friendly! 
Contrast this with those stations who still haven't
answered any reports for their DX tests after years of
waiting and much postage sent.
