[IRCA] No wind- Japon weak

Hello,

 

Just drove from work and we have no wind here.  The wind in Portland is blowing about 20-25 mph.  The temperature here is 25 degrees F and the backyard has turned from a swamp to frozen tundra.  The wind this week has really dried out the lawn.  Have Japan 774 kHz weak at 0845 UTC.  The TP stations have not been around when I get up around 1330-1400 UTC.  Lately they seem to be stronger around 1000 UTC.  Will try again later this morning in hopes of hearing something new.
