[IRCA] Poss. 1640 Oregon in N. Alabama

Am getting Radio Disney on 1640, looping to the
Northeast.  My location is North Alabama.  Possible
KDZR from Oregon, but still looking for a ID with call
letters or a local spot.  DXers in this area of the
country might want to give it a listen.
