[IRCA] Unid on 540.65 at 04:20

Fellas, while listening to 540 I hear a het which seems to be on 540.65 and coming from the west according to my K9AY.  I heard the same last night.  Does anyone else hear this, and if so any ideas on who or what it can be?  Thanks........Walt Salmaniw, Victoria, BC
