[IRCA] IRCA WJTO-730 DX Test tonight

Haven't heard anything from the test yet, but I did hear the Star Spangled 
Banner at 0003 ET. It didn't sound canned. Could be a basketball game that 
just started up due East or ESE. Ideas?
