[IRCA] Nor'Easter a Brewin'

	Just heard on the news that a nor'easter is likely to hit the East 
Coast this weekend, from Georgia on up. Time to think about daytime 
stations on late or all night. Also, don't forget 24/7 stations which 
might be using day power at night (during an emergency).
