Excellent reception! What receiver are you using, and what's the approximate
distance? I haven't heard of anyone else on this list who's heard RW yet. I
like your QSL card idea, of using a local postcard.
Tonight, RW is just a little above the almost-constant static crashes here,
0518 utc, but almost 95% copy on one pass through the brief message. He's
doing the 20 wpm regular speed tonight. I'm about 780 miles from the beacon.
Frequency remains around 479.810 kHz. I made a much simpler,
less-appealing, non-picture card using Word, cut it out in a rough
postcard-size shape, signed it, and put it in an envelope in the mail to him
last week.
