>It was a great JA morning, with the first QSO in the log at 1119z and a
>total of 22 JA by 1218z, just after our sunrise. Many signals were S9,
>and band
>conditions were very quiet. The broadside phased Beverage pair at 320
>degrees
>(each 935 feet long) was usually the best for receiving but at times signals
>were better on the 3-element vertical TX array.
The above posted on the Topband reflector by a Delaware 160m
operator. Note the Beverages, but with the high K indices, it's a surprise
anything was worked. Sunrise TP conditions not nearly so good here,
though still a number of carriers.
best wishes,
Nick
