[IRCA] WUMP DX Test

Just before 01:00 AM CST, caught the WUMP insert DX Test.  Got the code and
sweep tones.  New station added to the log.  Using R8A and Quantum Loop.
Later today will sent out a reception report and MP3 audio file.  Will
listen at bottom of hour and try for them again.
