Phil,

Sorry to hear that you could not hear the test. I have not heard from
anyone in the Puget Sound area that heard KAVT either. KFSH must have
really been strong up your way. Maybe they were on 10 KW instead of 1
KW? 
KAVT is not going away and I will be QSLing, so if anyone does log them
in the future, send me a report. I am happy to QSL all correct reports.
One thing with me, you know you will get your QSL. hi.
