Again for the third day in a row, 1100Hz Radio Cadena Habana, Havana, Cuba, 
is experiencing Xtreme Wobbler infestation.  This is just like previous 
nights, so the only issue for those trying to hear it will be one of 
propagation.

Give it a try even though you're sure you'll not hear it, you may be 
surprised.  If it can make it to Oregon DXers -- expert though they surely 
are -- everyone has a chance with this level of disturbance.
