[IRCA] Low Band TA fest in IL

Many in tonite. New are Spain 558, France 603, and Germany 549.   Things 
like Ireland 567 and Spain 684 are often word perfect copy. 585 Spain good 
as well, and as was 531, which now is mixing with Switzerland. I hadn't 
heard 963 Finland since Xmas 1997, but had enough of a fade up to hear some 
of their language tonite.
