That DXer would be me.  And - although I may not have
been clear enough on this - as reported in my previous
message, I WAS hearing WVNN's programming during the
two times I listened during the first 45 minutes of
the test.  And, they are a regular here even at night
on the first night of the test (even with low power
and me being in the null).  However, they definitely
did begin testing at some point, as your loggings
attest.  So, I plan on trying for them tonight, and
reporting these results to the list.
